Billing
Billing and Refund Policy
Clear proposed terms for paid access. Billing remains disabled while provider review is pending.
Last updated July 29, 2026
1. Pre-launch status
Billing is not active. The plans and prices on this site are proposals pending payment-provider approval and may change before checkout opens. No visitor can purchase or begin a paid renewal through Seer9 today.
2. Proposed plans
- Public Proof: free access to selected settled results and methodology.
- Terminal Pass: $9 for 72 hours, non-renewing.
- Founding 100: $99/month or $990/year, limited by availability.
- Pro: $149/month or $1,490/year.
3. Renewal and consent
When billing launches, monthly and annual subscriptions will renew at the displayed interval until canceled. The checkout will disclose the total price, renewal interval, and recurring nature of the charge before purchase. Terminal Passes will not auto-renew.
4. Cancellation
Subscription cancellation will be available through an online billing portal or by contacting support until that portal is available. There will be no cancellation fee. Access will ordinarily continue through the paid billing period, and future renewal charges will stop.
5. Refunds
Because paid access is a digital service, completed charges will generally be nonrefundable after access begins, except where required by law or where a duplicate charge or material service failure attributable to Seer9 is confirmed. A prediction outcome, market loss, or change in model performance is not a basis for a refund.
6. Failed payments
We may retry failed recurring payments, notify the account holder, and limit paid access until payment succeeds. We will disclose any grace period before paid service launches.
7. Price changes, taxes, and currency
Price changes will apply prospectively with notice before the next renewal where required. Checkout will identify the transaction currency and applicable taxes or provider fees before purchase.
8. Billing support
Billing questions may be sent to support@seer9.com. See the full proposed access levels on the pricing page.
