Terms of Service
The rules for using Seer9's independent analytics software.

1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to Seer9, operated by Dastan Asymbaev, sole proprietor doing business as Seer9. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use prediction-market analytics in your jurisdiction.
If local law or a third-party platform prohibits your activity, you must not use Seer9 to support that activity.
2. What Seer9 provides
Seer9 provides informational software, model estimates, research tools, public market data analysis, and paper-trading features. Seer9 does not accept wagers, hold customer funds, custody assets, execute or route trades, operate an exchange, award prizes, or take a percentage of user winnings.
3. No advice or guaranteed outcomes
Model probabilities, labels, alerts, whale activity, and commentary are estimates and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. They are not financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice.
Past performance does not predict future results. You remain solely responsible for every decision and any resulting gain or loss.
4. Accounts and security
When accounts become available, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not share paid access outside the limits of your plan.
5. Paid access and renewal
Billing is not active yet. When paid plans launch, the price, billing interval, renewal terms, and cancellation method will be shown before purchase. Subscription plans will renew automatically until canceled; non-renewing passes will expire at the stated time. See the Billing and Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, scrape or redistribute proprietary outputs at scale, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with availability, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use Seer9 to violate another service's rules.
7. Intellectual property
Seer9 and its software, interface, original analysis, and branding are owned by the operator or its licensors. Third-party data and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Access does not transfer ownership.
8. Third-party data and services
Seer9 may display data from independent exchanges and data providers. Those services control their own availability, accuracy, rules, and accounts. Seer9 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of Polymarket, Kalshi, or any exchange unless expressly stated.
9. Availability and changes
Features, models, data sources, and access levels may change. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or discontinuation. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seer9 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, profitability, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Dastan Asymbaev, sole proprietor doing business as Seer9 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, trading losses, lost data, or decisions made using Seer9. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
12. Termination
You may stop using Seer9 at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
13. Governing terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
