Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Dastan Asymbaev, sole proprietor doing business as Seer9 handles personal information when you visit or use Seer9. It does not govern independent exchanges, websites, or services linked from Seer9.

We may collect account details such as your email address, profile and authentication identifiers, plan status, and account preferences.

We may also collect device and usage data, IP address, browser type, security logs, page interactions, support messages, and paper-trading activity you choose to save.

When billing launches, the payment provider will process payment-card details. Seer9 expects to retain transaction references, plan status, amount, date, and limited billing metadata rather than full card numbers.

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, remember settings, maintain subscriptions, answer support requests, measure reliability, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve product performance.

We use service providers for hosting, databases, authentication, observability, communication, and, after launch, payment processing. They receive only information reasonably needed to perform their services.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, during a corporate transaction, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.

Seer9 uses essential browser storage for functions such as theme preference, authentication, fraud prevention, and session security. We do not currently operate an advertising-cookie program. This section will be updated before optional analytics or advertising cookies are introduced.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal requirements, dispute resolution, security, and legitimate model evaluation. Retention periods vary by record type. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained longer.

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should maintain strong credentials and report suspected account compromise promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. Send a request from the email connected to your account. We may verify your identity before completing it.

Seer9 is intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
