Responsible Use
Practical boundaries for using uncertain market and sports analytics.
Last updated July 29, 2026
1. Use analytics as evidence, not certainty
Seer9 estimates probabilities. It does not know future outcomes. Confidence labels, alerts, model-market gaps, and whale activity can all be wrong or change quickly. Treat every output as one input to your own independent judgment.
2. Adults and lawful use only
You must be at least 18 and comply with the law where you live. You are also responsible for the eligibility, location, and account rules of any third-party platform you choose to use.
3. Set hard risk boundaries
Never risk money needed for housing, food, debt, healthcare, education, or emergencies. Do not increase risk to recover a loss. Set limits before acting and stop when those limits are reached.
4. Protect your wellbeing
Take a break if market activity causes distress, secrecy, disrupted sleep, impulsive decisions, or repeated loss-chasing. Consider self-exclusion and qualified local support if stopping becomes difficult.
5. Seer9 does not execute transactions
Seer9 does not accept wagers, custody funds, connect exchange accounts for execution, or take a share of gains. Paper positions and tracked signals are simulations or research records, not real orders.
6. Whale activity is not an instruction
Public wallet activity may be incomplete, hedged elsewhere, part of a broader strategy, or no longer current. A large trade does not prove that the trader is informed or that copying it will be profitable.
7. Report concerns
Report misleading output, data-quality concerns, or safety issues to support@seer9.com.
